We’ll conduct the wedding rehearsal for up to 1 hour so you can bast in the excitement and relax for the next day.

  • Oversee and act as the point of contact for contracted vendors and wedding guests
  • Communication with vendors throughout the evening
  • Distribution of gratuities to vendors
  • Oversee and assist with clean up at the end of the night

  • Communication liaison with immediate family & wedding party of necessary details

  Day of Wedding Coordination Services
  • Full day-of coordination of wedding party, guests and vendors

  • Oversee transitions and timeliness of schedule
  • Cue the couple + wedding party for timing of each part of the day
  • Pack belongings of the bride and groom
  • Serve as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the occasion
  • Emergency kit on hand
